I didnt like anything about this facility.
The staff was rude and the facility was disgusting. Towels were dirty and stained, bedding had burn holes in them, remote didn't work, holes in walls and the whole building stunk of smoke and funky smell. No elevator so it was very inconvenient carrying 2 suitcases, food, and extras up stairs.
There was something on the comforter that look like blood and there was also white powder like stuff on the floor and bathroom door.
The room was not cleaned and the sofa bed was unable to be opened correctly. Things advertised in the room were not supplied and the room smelt of smoke constantly
The room had amenities not normally found in regular hotels - full size fridge, oven/stove and they would have made utensils available upon request. The bed was comfortable!
The location was odd! Without a phone call to the reception, we wouldn't have located their driveway. The outside looks kind of dumpy, uninviting, but we were thankful for a safe and comfortable stay in the room.
Staff were very willing and up front to refund my stay.
Arrived early, came back after check in time at 430pm. We're given room keys, room hadn't been touched! Dirty still from previous clients. Suspicious stains on all the furniture, smelled like cigarettes, but was supposedly a non smoking room. Cigarette burns in bedding in new room. Instant stuffy and runny nose. Horrible place. I found out from a local at the grocery store the town has been trying to get this place shut down for drugs and prostitution! Not good PR, kitchen and bath were filthy, even in the "clean" room.
Was quiet n pretty convenient location
Smell of cig smoke was very noticeable in hallways n room.
The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The large refrigerator was very handy.
There was no microwave. The bathtub was so old and stained it didn't look clean. The TV was old and hard to swivel so it could be seen from the nice recliner (could have used a turntable under it). There was an additional charge for wifi.
Everything else. Hard to find. Got stuck in a smoking room and they couldn't change it. No coffee or breakfast. The entire third floor reeks of smoke. You feel gross in there. No elevators. Bed isn't bad but huge lack of pillows. They gave one and it was like a flat tire. Cheap place to stay and nothing more.
Hot water and cold refridgerator
Room could be more updated and bathtub could be cleaner
The hotel room was not as clean as i would like it
Sone of the staff members here stole my car keys. Taking items out of my car. I talked to "Tara" about it, then a an it am from my car appeared in my room. Just to tell me that she did do it I r was in on the theft.
The theft as previously stated. That one action by the staff here caused Mr not to like it here.
Bed was comfy.
Dirty, smelled, stains everywhere. There was a front part of the drawers missing. Horrible and nasty place.
The bed was outstanding. The value was nice. I enjoyed the room and the table provided. Nice work station.
Appreciated the free WIFI but it was slow and you had to pay for increased bandwidth. The sink had been cleaned but it still looked dirty. So dirty I did not want to chance putting in my contacts.
The smell of the room and hallways were not clean dark and wet scent. The tv was very out dated
Staff was polite when I brought up the problems with the room upon entry.
Wow, well, the tv stand was broken, tv did not work, drawer missing on dresser, phone cord ripped out of wall, neither bed-side lamps had bulbs, and a chair in the kitchen was broken, and it dumped me into the floor! I was seriously pissed, because the maintenance person did NOT check this room prior to being booked again, or did a very terrible job. I was embarrassed because a friend was with me when all of this happened. The next, day the staff refunded me half of my money. I told them the items wrong with the room could have caused serious injuries to someone. The place is under some construction, but the noise from that did not bother me, because it was at least posted on the front door about it being done when I got there. Both staff members were very nice and helpful, but the condition of the room was terrible.
